Review of One of My Organization :
Zahintex Industries  is one of the leading Garments Industry in the nation.The company has started its official production in 1982 . During the last three years the company has grown four times. The reason behind this rapid growth is that the Industry has maintained its quality and commitment through out.   

Zahintex Industries Ltd. is a concern of Givensee Group. It s a 100% export oriented sweater industry it has over 3600 machines and is a factory of over 9000 employees.

Account & Finance
"The study, design, development, implementation, support or management of company." We are development Financial system & Accounting System .


Immediate Superior
The Division of Account & Finance consists of several departments and staff which span both A & F and Enrollment Support Services: the General Manager for Account & Finance and Enrollment Support Services, the Assistant to the General Manager and the department Secretary. This team of central staff work to develop the structure that guides the various A & F departments as they develop short and long term goals.

Behavior of Superior

Supports Givensee Groups strategic objectives by accomplishing results through others. Primary responsibility for a major organizational component (A & F. a department, a shift, or larger unit). Impacts the organization by setting the direction and agenda for their area of specialty in support of the academic or administrative area’s goals. The superior does believe that there is two fundamental ways to manage a managerial position. That is Continuous Learning & Development and Shared Accountability & Collaboration.

The Superior can make cool the official environment. Only for the Superior my department is disciplined.  The Superior must not disclose to employees, or use to further their personal interest, confidential information acquired by them in the course of their official duties.

 



Top Boss

Policy                        
The Managing Director is the top leader of our organization, who delivers all the necessary steps to the respective Executive Director to Manager, Design, develop and implement training and organizational development programs and processes that support the essence and specifics of Givensee Group with a goal of imbedding them into the ongoing behavior and outcomes of all employees.
Responsibilities:
Develops and implements management and leadership training programs on a global basis, including conducting needs analysis and developing curricula for new and experienced managers and supervisors using a variety of internal and external resources.
Oversees the design, development, coordination, delivery and measurement of assigned curricula (e.g. Leadership, Management, Corporate values Conflict Management, Selection).
With the head of Training, Develops and delivers senior-level programs and acts as a coach to participants in those programs. Conducts Level 3 evaluation (behavioral-impact of training) for targeted programs.
Works directly with the OLT members (senior management team) to provide development opportunities for high potential executives, globally, and action learning environments to assure we meet our development needs.
Oversees the development of training programs that are based on the business unit needs as well as providing underpinnings for ongoing cultural changes and growth.

Supports organization development and retention in the company by managing the development and delivery of training programs associated with OD/Retention or interventions.
Provides direct OD support, as requested on senior-level manager or team-based interventions.
Partners with HR Generalists to uncover and meet their client department's skills (non-technical) training and development needs (e.g. interpersonal, leadership, and management).
Provides sound analysis and metrics regarding training the department’s performance impact to the business.
Develops and creates strategies, and facilitates the overall integrity of Givensee Group Organization Assessments and Audits ( to include succession planning, High potential development, organization strengths and development planning)
Collaborates directly with Human Resource Business Partners to diagnose, design and deliver a wide range of interventions such as: organizational design, change management, coaching, team development, and executive and leadership development.
Creates leadership development programs to ensure “action learning” opportunities for key executives.
Keeps abreast of new developments in the organization development field and drives best practices into existing tools and helps the company develop new tools and processes that move organization development forward.
Provide functional leadership to the OD and T managers within the                                                                     business units.

Impacts
 Sometimes the Managing Director may finds that there exists a conflict, or potential conflict, between his/her public duty as a state employee and his/her private interests.
As a public employee, the Managing Director must use extra caution to avoid the appearance of impropriety or preferential treatment of family or close friends. Decisions must be based solely on the public duty of the position. To protect all employees, the Managing Director may not hire, and thus have supervisory responsibility for, an immediate family member or other individual with whom s/he lives or shares a romantic relationship.
The theme of my observations of policymaking bodies and planning for the future is only part science, and by nature is an iterative process. My remarks hopefully will share some insights on the signals policymakers give markets and how these events may affect investors’ behavior.
My Opinion
My point of view since it is an ISO Certified company and growing firstly the Givensee Group will keep going continue with its vision by the advanced and ideal corporate management.
